So here are some useless facts about Equador and Denmark...

  • No Mountains, but a Ski Slope on a Waste Plant: Denmark is a very flat country, with its highest point being a mere 171 meters (561 feet). To compensate, they built a ski slope on top of a waste incineration plant.
  • Pelted with Cinnamon: If a Dane isn't married by the time they turn 25, they are playfully pelted with cinnamon.
  • Pigs Outnumber People: There are more pigs than people in Denmark.
  • The World's Oldest Amusement Park: Bakken, the world's oldest operating amusement park, is located just outside Copenhagen.
  • Free Healthcare and Education: Despite high taxes, citizens enjoy free healthcare and education, including a monthly living allowance for students.
